So I'm in this 60s-esq soul girl group- The Carrollettes! We sing all the fabulousness from the even more fabulous soul era. Put together by my ridiculously talented friend Nathan Carroll (thus the name-The Carrollettes) we hope to put a little soul back dreary city of Edmonton! Our debut performance is on Friday ( only 2 days away! eesshhh!!)@ 7pm at The Canopy (6005 Gateway Blvd)- Hope ya'll can make it... though if you're reading this- you probably live at least 1000 miles away... so being there in spirit is good enough for me! We've been rehearsing like mad...I just hope I don't forget all the choreography!
